Made by Element, so as far as clones go, it's good quality. It seems like there's an internal lock mechanism to prevent over-rotation and sling tangling, which seems like a bonus compared to some of the similar models I've owned. It's a bit on the bulky side, but is quite sturdy, and clamps the rail well.
