I have two at home in black one's a generic brand m o e and one is magpul/pts and both of them fit my vfc vr16 but they will not fit any other gun of mine and they were chopped up trying to fit other guns I really like them comfortable wise I personally like this version cuz of the texture it's so nice whereas I can't find this exact style anywhere else I've looked and I've looked and I've looked and they only have them in a different texture which you know is not near as grippy so if I could say anything I love the grip it is tough for motor fitment especially with wires but if done correctly it actually positions the motor properly into the gearbox and for this price you can't go wrong so if you had this issue it could just be a flaw if I was you I would have sent it back and they would have replaced it in a heartbeat
