I haven't had the chance to wear this to a proper game yet, but it's very comfortable, and there's plenty of molle space on it for pouches. Even with 3 tacos, a pistol holster and a dump pouch on it, it doesn't sag or move about when moving, and can be worn with a plate carrier without feeling restrictive or bulky.
