The biggest issue I’ve had is that the battery doesn’t fit snugly inside the light. Any movement or shaking causes it to lose contact, which turns the light off. This means I constantly have to press the button to turn it back on—frustrating when you're on the move.
It could just be a one-off issue with my unit, but my workaround was to wrap a bit of electrical tape around the battery to make it fit more securely and reduce the chances of it shifting. I also opened it up and carefully adjusted the metal contact piece at the front of the battery compartment. Just a heads-up: there's a small spring behind that piece, so be careful not to lose it.
Overall, it works decently once modified. It’s something to be aware of if you're considering this light, but I’d still recommend it for something cheap. And if you run into the same issue I did, give my fix a try—it worked well for me.
